ERIC BARTSCH MEMORIAL SAFETY & HEALTH SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Eligibility
- Employee of a Region 1 VPPPA member company, or a spouse, child or grandchild of an employee of a Region 1 VPPPA member company.
- Be a full-time student entering the second or sophomore year of college or beyond in 2025.
- Be a full-time student majoring in an Occupational Safety or Occupational Health field.
Academic Requirements:
The student must have a grade point average of > 3.0 out of a 4.0 at the time of application. There is no limit on the number of years one student can receive funds.
Request for Funds:
A student may submit an application after the first marking period in the freshman year. The Scholarship Committee may request subsequent academic records as deemed necessary. Deadline for application will be announced accordingly. Final $1000 award decision is rendered by the Scholarship Award committee. Decision will then be announced to applicants.
CASWELL PLANTE ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

- Be a full-time student entering the second or sophomore year of college or beyond in 2025.

JOE GERVAIS MEMORIAL COMMUNITY SERVICE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Eligibility
- Employee of a Region 1 VPPPA member company, or a spouse, child or grandchild of an employee of a Region 1 VPPPA member company.
- Be a full-time student entering the second or sophomore year of college or beyond in 2025.
- Be a full-time student with an outstanding record of community service.
Academic Requirements:
The student must have a grade point average of > 3.0 out of a 4.0 at the time of application. There is no limit on the number of years one student can receive funds.
Request for Funds:
A student may submit an application after the first marking period in the freshman year. The Scholarship Committee may request subsequent academic records as deemed necessary. Deadline for application will be announced accordingly. Final $1000 award decision is rendered by the Scholarship Award committee. Decision will then be announced to applicants
Other application requirements:
- Available to an employee, or to a spouse, child or grandchild of an employee of a Region 1 VPPPA member.
- Available to full-time students entering the second or sophomore year or beyond.
