Region 1 Conference Cancelled

Due to the concerns associated with COVID-19 pandemic, the Region 1 Board of Directors has decided to CANCEL the Region 1 Annual Safety & Health Excellence Conference & Exposition that was originally scheduled for June 15 – 17, 2020 at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel & Conference Center in Killington, VT. The plan is to hold the 2021 Region 1 Conference at the Killington Resort in VT. June 14 – 16.

If you have already registered for the Region 1 2020 conference, your registration fee will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. If you have any questions regarding your refund please contact registration@vpppa.org.

VPPPA Region 1 Board of Directors Elections Announcement – 2020

The 2020 Region 1 Elections will be held at the 2020 VPPPA Region 1 Safety and Health Excellence Conference at the Killington Grand Hotel, Killington, VT. 

The following positions are up for Election:

  • Vice Chair
    • Secretary
    • Hourly Representative – STAR Site w/CBA
    • Director-At-Large (3 positions)

If you wish to nominate yourself or someone else for a VPPPA Region 1 Board position, please submit:

  • The 2020 nomination form,
  • The candidate’s company’s commitment form,
  • A brief candidate bio.
The nomination and company commitment form can be found on the www.vppregion1.com website.
The two forms including the bio must be submitted by May 15, 2020.
