Dale has earned the distinction of a master communicator. His mix of safety experience, entrepreneurial spirit and sales and marketing talents makes him a fresh and unique presenter. As a Keynote & featured speaker at over 100 Safety Conferences in the US and Canada Dale has educated, motivated and inspired tens of thousands of attendees.

Throughout his 30 years of safety experience, he has visited, toured and trained at over 1500 manufacturing plants and job sites that include virtually every aspect of industry, construction, municipality and utility. He has turned his focus to improving safety cultures through human behaviors. His fresh approach has not only had wide appeal but has delivered astounding results.

Dale is a Member of National Safety Council’s Executive Advisory Board and active member of American Society of Safety Professionals.

Terry D. Gray works as a pipefitter for the sole provider of aircraft carriers for the US Navy and the largest industrial employer in Virginia. Terry has been a pipefitter for 16 years with several of those years holding multiple leadership roles for, safety, non-profits, churches and industrial companies. Terry has become a powerful voice in the safety community with his “Safety Man Movement” efforts.  Working hands on in the industrial field he passionately believes in ownership and sharing the burden when it comes to safety. As a result of his efforts and passion Terry has been recognized and honored with several awards his efforts to change the culture of safety worldwide.

While Terry does love speaking and inspiring organizations, he loves his wife and three children more.  They live in Hampton, Virginia.
