There are opportunities available to support the Region 1 Chapter through Sponsorship at the New England VPPPA Conference.   Sponsoring a conference event or donating of a giveaway presents an excellent opportunity to reach the 150 participants expected to attend.

Increase your company visibility at the Region 1 VPPPA Conference through sponsorship.  You can select from a multi-tiered package of sponsorship opportunities, or you can select a specific item or conference event to meet your marketing needs.

Sponsorship Submission Form

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE

Bronze Level Sponsor                       $100- $999

Bronze Level recognition plus the following:

  • Recognition on Conference Signage
  • Listed as a Contributor in the Conference Program if sponsorship is received prior to July 22, 2023.

Silver Level Sponsor                         $1,000- $4,999

Silver Level recognition plus the following:

  • Recognition at the Conference’s Opening Sessions and Reception
  • Half-Page ad in the Conference Program if sponsorship is received prior to July 22, 2023.

Gold Level Sponsor                          $5,000- $9,999

Gold Level Sponsorship plus the following:

  • Full-Page ad in the Conference Program if sponsorship is received prior to July 22, 2023.
  • Recognition on the Chapter Website  (www.vppregion1.com)

Platinum Level Sponsor                   $10,000 and above

Gold Level Sponsorship plus the following:

  • Reserved Table at the Breakfasts on August 23 and 24 as well as for Opening and Closing Keynotes.
  • One Complimentary Conference Registration and Booth Space

Attendee Gifts (inserted into the attendees’ tote bag)                  

Region 1 VPPPA is soliciting items for attendee tote bags.  Examples include pens, first aid kits, hats, flashlights, other safety related items, etc.  As a sponsor, you can place your logo on the gifts.

Refreshment Break or a Networking Reception

Sponsor a refreshment break(s) between the breakout sessions, or a networking reception.  Your company will have sponsor recognition signage.  Sponsorship is $2,500.

Drawing Prize(s) for the Exposition Hall

As attendees register at the conference, they will receive a ticket for a chance to win a prize in the Exposition Hall.  Attendees must be present to win.   The sponsor will provide Region 1 VPPPA with a photograph and description of the prize for promotional purposes.  Your company will be recognized at the conference. 

Drawing Prize(s) for the Closing General Session

As attendees enter the Closing General Session, they will receive a ticket for a chance to win a prize.  Attendees must be present to win.   The sponsor will provide Region 1 VPPPA with a photograph and description of the prize for promotional purposes.  Your company will be recognized at the conference. 

Sponsorship Acceptance

NOTE – Monetary sponsorship should be made payable to VPPPA Region 1 Chapter. The value of non-monetary donations is required, and all sponsorship donations are subject to final approval by the Region 1 VPPPA Board of Directors.
